Gatvol!

I am utterly disappointed in the service I've received from Fairprice. I've ran out of patience and truly I am frustrated with the customer service they provide! I ordered a kitchen unit 2 months back, my kitchen unit was delivered but no assembler pitched up, I had to call everyday morning afternoon so that Rorisang could provide me with feedback as to when my assembler would arrive, I wasn't even provided with receiving a courteousy call even though I asked for one. Calls were ended in my ear after I was told to hold while they get feedback. This is honestly a disgrace. Two weeks ago, I order a lounge suite the wrong color was sent out for delivery so I sent it back, till today I have not received my couch, I call everyday to get through to them but my call ends up disengaged. I am sick and tired of the service I'm receiving.
