Furniture Delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from fairprice Welkom. On Friday, I purchased a wardrobe and requested delivery on Monday, which they agreed to without any issues.

However, on Monday, I waited the entire day without any communication or updates. When I tried to call them, their line was constantly busy. I found it suspicious that their phone was always unavailable, yet they could call me from the same number.

After eventually getting in touch with them through another location, they asked for my details and address to verify the status of my order. We went back and forth, only to be told that the warehouse closes at 4:30 PM, and delivery would be rescheduled for the next day.

When I inquired about the reason for the missed delivery, I was told that the manager was absent, and they couldn't locate the necessary files. This excuse seemed unprofessional and unacceptable.

I requested a specific delivery time for Tuesday, as I had made arrangements for someone to receive the order. They assured me that delivery would take place between 10:00 and 11:00 AM. However, when Tuesday arrived, I waited in vain once again.

Despite calling them before 11:00 AM to confirm the delivery, they failed to show up. The wardrobe has still not been delivered, and I am appalled by the poor service and lack of communication from this store.
