Furniture broken in less than 4 days of purchase

Good day,

I write this as a very disappointed customer who spent over R20 000 cash purchase at Fair Price Clayville. Within 4 days upon delivery the sofa which I paid R8999 for had already broken and the room divider which I paid R8000 also has few faults, I bought this to the sales person who was assisting me attention about this faults and I advised that unfortunately I can't pay for transport to take it back to the store and I expect the store to s end the truck to take back the faulty furniture as this was within 4 days of delivery and purchase and to either replace or refund me immediately.

The sales person took my matter to the store manager who assure me that the store will make arrangements to come fetch these, today it's almost 3 weeks and I haven't had anything from both the manager and the sales person and when i try calling I'm told they are both not available.

I am a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, the service is pathetic in this.
