FUNDS TAKEN, NO CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE!

This is such a frustrating experience. I purchased a TENSAI chest freezer online, amounting to R2600. I paid a total amount of R2750 including delivery. I received the notification from my bank that funds were taken for the purchase but I received no confirmation after the processed payment, Just an online error. I cant get through to anyone on the head office number - *** - the line cuts, no matter which prompt you choose. Can someone please get back to me regarding this online purchase.
