Frustrating and Pathetic service

I ordered a cupboard on the 10th of April 2024.It got delievred. The cupbard came with free assembly. It took them 4 weeks to get someone to eventually come and assemble the the item. When the assembler eventually came we discovered that mirror was cracked. I logged a query with Fair price,. I was told that I will get a replacement mirror.This was on the 30th of MAy 2024. To date I havent recieved the mirror. I dont get any feedback from the online shopping department. When I send them emails, they dont respond to them.

The service is just pathetic and actually quiet useless. I will never recommend fair price to anyone nor will I ever buy anything from them again.
