Fridge not functioning the way it should

Good Ali Please find attached receipt of the fridge, there is an 2 year warranty on the fridge. But I’m really not happy with the fridge, going in the 1st year it was already giving me issues.I attached the receipt, this was last week thursday..s till no response, I did not have the fridge a proper year as yet and it started giving issues..I called fair price..no answer.. This is not on, Sometimes the fridge is on but no cold coming from it.
