***** at Fair Price is real

My sister bought a Double Base Set and a Head board cash at Fair Price Sontonga Mall in Vosloorus, and they promised to deliver her stuff. After few days they delivered only the bed and she went back to the shop to ask about the headboard and thats where the problem started. Apparently the invoice that my sister has shows the two things she bought, but the system shows that she bought only the bed. The Manager Mr Sandile and the Saleslady Ms Nokubonga, they dont know what happened. What surprises us is that they collected the money but it doesn't show on the system. It can only mean that they pocketed the R700 for themselves.

Now, as wrong as they are the treatment they are giving my sister is very very bad. We need a solution to this problem or if they cant help her, the should give her money back.
