Forcing clients their transportation

Polokwane Fair Price (Rissik Street / Jorrison Street) are forcing us as customers to get take their transport even if I have my own transportation for the furniture I want to buy, I had to leave the furniture store and buy elsewhere. I have never experienced that in life until yesterday and I think it was going to be reasonable if they transport free of charge because I have my own bakkie.
