Fiat Price has the worst customer service, they don’t care.

I bought a Tv stand from Fair Price a month ago. On their website they said the stand needs assembly and they offer free assembly where an assembly person will come and assemble within 7 days after delivery.

It’s been 3 weeks since my stand has been delivered and they have been giving me a run around to get the stand assembled. They do not answer their phones and sending emails is almost useless because they take long to respond and even when they do, their advice is not helpful at all.

Fair Price has the worst customer service, from head office to store managers and stuff. I don’t know how many stores I have called and spoken to managers who don’t know how to assist me because they also can’t get hold of anyone from the head office who can assist.
