Fed up customer

I bought the bed at Fair Price Zebediela on the 6th March 2018 for cash and also paid for the transport, until now, no bed. I went to the store several times inquiring about the bed, all they do is nothing. Made also several calls and they told me they will call me back which they never did. I asked for my money back and they refused. I hate that store and their salespeople, they lack customer care s****s
