faulty washing machine

i bought washing machine 15 of july and started using the machine middle of augus , i have only used machine twice and it was not working properly ,when i tried to use it for the 3rd time it coundnt work ,i went back to fair price where i bought machine to tell them about this i couldnt get help,i have the card that i used<br> when i labye the machine they sd they want proof of payment before they can attend my case ,i gave them the card that i used for laybe i believe they still have my information on their system ,but kabelo told me that they wont able to help me ,,and the machine is still under warranty ,i just want to know wht must i do cz the machine is not working
