Faulty product

We bought a bed base pls foam mattress from fair price Southgate branch on may the 27, it was delivered on Saturday morning on the 28th. After 4 days the base started to make sounds like it's breaking when climbing the bed. We reported the matter and it was collected by them on the weekend of the 16th June and the second one was worse than the first one, the one leg is lose . We reported the matter the next day. We were told that we cannot get a refund they will need to come back to us with someone to inspect it properly. We have waited for the entire month of August to date for them to come.
