Faulty Fridge Exchanged With a Dirty One
So my husband and I were given a faulty fridge which we purchased on the 18th of December 2025 and received an exchange today and guess it has been used, after boxing it we saw that the inside parts are dirty, had hair to show that it's not really a new fridge but someone else's which was obviously repaired and given to us now as an exchange. Wow

12 Jan 2026, 14:24We had to unbox a Dirty used fridge after waiting for so long for an exchange or replacement to be made. Everything is dirty to show that it is not really a new fridge but a used one from a customer that complained like us I guess. A refund should always be a solution if the business does not have new furnitures to exchange with. This is unexpectable we work hard to make a living and turn places that we live into a Home but how if we keep being deceived like this.
