FAULTY APPLIANCE

Hi everyone, yoh Lord Fair price is not fair at all. I think they sold my mom faulty freezer. My mom bought a freezer in December 2021 the 15th, and January 2022 freezer not working just like that. My mom misplaced the slip and now we trying to get the freezer fixed, we are unable to get the new freezer since we do not have a slip. What I need to know is what is the purpose of the card that they gave my mom? I do not recommend anyone to purchase from fair price. at all.
