Fault advertising

On the advert it showed a Hisense fridge for R2500 considering the food deals they normally offer I didn’t have money at the time but I went to the bank a did the short term loan it was approved on the 03 nov 2022 that’s when I asked at work to go buy the fridge since I now had funds but on my arrival at the fair price alberton branch I was told “sorry the was an error at marketing “ I took time off from work I work at mall of the south I borrowed a van from a friend and drove to the store , my time , my fuel and the loan charges that I’m left with for only to be told “sorry marketing did an error “ at who’s expense mine I am so disappointed with the fair price process I feel that as a customer my rights where violated and misled as I feel this was a strategy for the company to drive feet into the store without consideration for their customers. Customers can’t be left with issues of the companies marketing fault. I hope to get feedback soon before I take this feather
