False advertising and bad service at fair price Johannesburg cbd....corner eloff and Joubert

They do false advertising. I went to their store in eloff and Joubert street in Johannesburg cbd..i saw a fan for R100 the special pamphlet says it ends on the 1st December 2020....today is the 1st December 2020 but they are refusing to sell the fan to me and my cousin for R100.....saying that it scans R220.

I wrote an email to their customer service but they are not responding....even on Facebook messenger they just check the message and don't respond
