Fairprice very poor customer service

I went to buy a wardrobe athe fair price last week on Saturday at dobsenville. First they took time to attend to me it was like they can't see that I need help in couldn't even see who works there because were wearing casual cloths fine after an hour or less I was finally helped, I bought the wardrobe cash because I need it urgently and they said it takes 2 to 7 days for them to deliver fine now problem, was granted that I will get my wardrobe within 7 days, was being assisted by M Madika. It's Saturday today 7 days after I bought the wardrobe cash and I still haven't received it. I called the store on Thursday to ask the about my orders was told that M Madika will call me to explain till today no one called from fair price. I am really disappointed because I feel like they only care about the sales after that they don't care about their customers whether you got what you bought or not or ifor you have complains they don't care as long as they got your money that's all. Fair price has poor service but I guess that's the service you get from buying at a local shop.
