Fairprice poor delivery services

An item was bought on the 14 December, the item was promised to be delivered within 7 working days but nothing was communicated except the empty promises of the delivery being on dispatch. A request was made on the 30 December for a refund for it to only be processed on the 6 January. We are still waiting on them. This is the fairprice in Kwa Thema Reference no 1075
