Fairprice online order

I ordered a mirror from Fairprice on the 22nd of August struggled to follow up for my order eventually got someone who then told me there was a delay with the supplier the mirror will be available end of October, no curtesy email whatsoever to inform about the supplier issue. October came and gone still my mirror is NOT delivered. I followed up 2 November again I was given an excuse for their incompetence "supplier delay again" but the mirrors are in rout it will be delivered Mid November still no communication to inform about the issue, today is the 14th NO SIGN that the mirror will be delivered
