Fairprice is full of bull****

I bought furniture at Fairprice jorissen in polokwane December 2024,a week before the 15th. I never received them as they told me they were in boxes and they will call me when they are ready for collection. Up till now i have not heard from them. I'm the o e who kept callong until they told me they don't have stock. On the 13th February 2025 i went to ask for a refund and they wanted the slip, bank details and copy of ID, i was then told it will take 3 days. As i speak it is almost 2 weeks I'm still not refunded and they giving me the run around.
