Fairprice Furnture Kaalfontein Shopping Centre- Worst service ever and most unprofessional experience.

Pathetic, unprofessional and unacceptable behavior/service from the store manager. Purchase of a bed on 12/06/2025 was done @ Kaalfontein Shopping Centre. Value -R1500. Bed was delivered and received, upon sleeping on the bed, the mattress has hard surface with hard objects protruding from within the mattress. When I called the store to explain the challenge with the bed, I received very hostile and unprofessional encounter with the Manager of the Store with no understanding of the problem and was told that there is nothing they can do, I believe this bed is definitely defective and needs to be returned as it is causing injury to my body when sleeping on this bed. My ask is that this bed be collected, and you are most welcome to test the bed. If I do not get a response on my complaint, this will be escalated further till I have this resolved.
