Fairprice furniture is a big disapointment

What an awful service this store provides. Bought a wardrope online 12 days ago, got it delivered after numerous phone calls. Still waiting on the store to send an assembler. Everytime I call, I get someone who asks for the order number and my cellphone and promise that they will get back to me and none of that happens. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I am siting here with a messy room and boxes I have no idea how I am going to start building this thing.
