FairPrice Evaton *********** staff and bad service

Pathetic Service I received at Fair price Evaton. I bought 2 items and was promised that I would receive my items in two days, however when the deliver came I only received 1 item and the deliver guys showed me proof that they only received invoice for 1 item. I then contacted the sales agent Anford Mkhoma to find out, it's was an error done from their side to the warehouse. I was again promised the delivery within days which I clearly explained that I needed the desk urgently for office work. I again contacted Anford later in the evening on the day of the delivery to find out what's the delay,Again he **** and told the delivery guys just left the shop and they were on their way to deliver my item. It's now the forth day still I haven't received my delivery. I will never ever set my foot in the shop again. I am going to write a formal complaint to the ombudsman.
