FAIRPRICE DOBSONVILLIE

Am having the worst shopping experience ever , i bought a Fridge ( KIC ) at Fairpirce Dobsonvillie/Meadowlands , Few days later the fridge is not working , i went to the store and reported this , they sent out a technician , he said they fridge needs to be replaced by another ( Credited us ) i then went to the store , that where the problem started , Am on the forth week now trying to get a Fridge , i always have to call or go to the store , No communication at all , The Manager has been giving me attitude , Can someone help me
