Fairprice BOKSBURG

Bought a fridge at Fair price Boksburg on February,it has never worked right.The fridge is not cooling,I visited the branch several times and called then they sent me a technician which proved that the fridge have internal fault the store should give me an exchange.They still don't want to change it instead they busy telling me about procedure that needs to be followed. This is the worst store I ever came across
