Fairprice bad service

I would strongly advice against buying from Fairprice. I made an online purchase on the 23rd/09/23. Expected date of delivery was the 27th/09. It's now the 14th/10 and the order tracking status is still the same as it was on the 25/26th.

I have since tried to call Fairprice, the line just rings until it goes dead. I have sent emails, even logged a refund request but I'm not getting anywhere with Fairprice. At this point I do not know where to go to get assistance with reaching finality with this matter.
