FairPrice and it’s pathetic service!

I bought a wardrobe from FairPrice Dobsonville on 06.07.2018 and paid in full the same day.

The wardrobe got delivered after 13 days. I called to send someone who needs to assemble it, I was told no one is available as they only have one person but they will call me back. No one called back.

On the 23rd July I called and I was told the guy who assembles the wardrobes will come before this week ends.

I called today as no one showed up and it’s been 7 days since the wardrobe was delivered, and again I was told that the guy is not available today he is at the head office and they are not sure if he will come tomorrow (Friday).

What does one need to do to get assistance? The service I’ve received is extremely disappointing. To wait 4 weeks for a wardrobe!!! It’s pathetic.
