Fairprice

We bought a Samsung washing machine at fair price (SOUTHGATE MALL VALUE MARKET) the 2019, in the second week of june 2020 the washing machine stopped working my it was reported in store with a a lady called pontsho she gave a number to call, and we had to provide them with the serail of the machine it was said that a technician will be send out to come and check the washing machine within two weeks, so the two weeks went passed and no technician came i went back to fair price on the 1 july 2020 and i spoke to a guy called (Ali) also known as Mohammad he gave us a number of the technician and his own number but the technician is not answering his calls so on the 4th of July i was advised by Mohammad that they did receive an email from the Samsung saying they will come en see the washing machine before the end of business Saturday but that also never happened (job number #12080SOU-4 lerato) in the 6 July 2020 9:00am call was made to fair price and they promised to get back to us within an hour but they never did, after an hour we called back and they just reject my calls
