Fair ******* Not Very Fair Service ***

I purchased a fridge and a chest of drawers from Fair Price Alex Mall and paid cash on both items, they where delivered the next day, unfortunately their chest of drawers was not properly assembled, I took pictures and presented them to the store manager who then called whoever and told me that they will take it in for repairs, I said NO I don't want it because it will break again, judging also from the one they had on display at their store it was in poor state.
Then I gave them an alternative that can I change the item, I will top up the balance which I did on the 17th-Nov, then they promised me that it will be delivered on the next 2 workings, I was fine with it, then I passed at the shop while I was at the mall then I was told that it will take longer than 2 days approximately 4-days as it been assembled which I understood, the 4 days past 5th, 6th, a week, without communication, apparently the previous manager resigned, Sunday the 5th I popped by the store as I haven't had any communication about my order, I was advised that they have 18 units in stock then I will get the unit on Monday which is the 6th-Nov, Monday no delivery, I decide to go to the Branch, I get the acting manager who promises me that I will get the unit the next day which Wednesday, I get to the shop again the acting manager is not there he only came for one day, Ok well I asked what is the status about my order, they check on their system, they have 18 units and its awaiting for delivery, the floor salesman calls the warehouse to speedy up the process and I wait for 2 hours at the store until I get feedback, then we try to call the warehouse manager (Andile) who drops the phone 3 times on my ear, finally they tell me that I will get it the unit tomorrow another day which is Thursday, then I tell the new manager to call me to give me feedback she doesn't and says she forgot, then I wait on Thursday I decide to pop by at the store the, Thursday the new manager calls the warehouse they tell me that the unit is on the way with relief I go and say finally. Then at about 4:10 no delivery, I decide again to go back to the store, they call the warehouse, the warehouse advises them that they didn't dispatch the unit, they I tell the manager but they said the unit is on its way, then I fume at the manager because its not an account I paid cash for the unit, then the supervisor from the warehouse wants to talk to me, I refused because yesterday when I wanted to talk to them and express my views and concerns they didn't want to listen to me, what's the point of me listening to them, then the new manager tells me that "When you woke up today, you made sure that you going to fight with people from Fair Price which is us" then I told her that I don't work for her and I don't owe Fair Price anything I cant believe that I am getting Sh*t service from Fair Price for paying cash with my money, then I have to be that understanding customer, if I didn't come I don't think you could have done anything...I then storm out of the shop, Now its Friday I receive a call that is there someone at home I answered Yes it was about 9am hoping that at about 10am they should be there. they come to me at 2pm in the afternoon.
If this is how Fair Price treats their customers everyone has to know that if you buy cash you will get your delivery after sweating for the whole month, going in and out of their store as if you are looking for help.
This matter will be reported to the Consumer Rights Commission and Retail Commission, Such behavior its unacceptable at the end of the day people strive to work hard to make money and have nice things and their are treated like Sh*t, with their money....that unfair.
