Fair prices furniture store they sell damaged products. They don't treat customers with respect.

I bought a chest of drawer at fair price Cosmo mall, their drawers don't close properly. When I call them they dropped my phone. For four days. I was very upset becouse I payed R1500 cash for that drawer. After dropping my phone four day, after so long the answered my phone and changed that drawer and gave me another damaged drawer. In my life I have never experienced such a bad treatment from any other furniture shop. I hate fair price, they don't appreciate the fact that people buy choice to buy from their store. They take advantage of customers. I remember the at her consultant telling me that they know even if I don't buy lots of people buy from their store
