Fair price Witbank D.Town - Worst Experience

1st time buyer and worst experience, i just need my money. i went to buy a washing machine and a microwave cash, just after making the payment am told my money doesn't reflect yet so they can't give me the goods and the bank will reverse the funds, this was Saturday, today when i call i am being told about 72 hours story. Can these people just give me my money so i can get a washing machine and a microwave a reliable shop because they are the worst.
