Fair Price - Westonaria - extremely poor service

We went in to Fairprice on Saturday for their black Friday promotion and bought a new lounge set, and paid R 7000 cash, the lady that helped us is named Raisibe, before paying I asked her about the delivery which we also paid for, R 70 extra which I had no problem doing, She said that the set might even be delivered on Sunday because they had a lot of deliveries for black Friday already and her computer actually showed Yesterday the 2nd December (Monday) so we left and believed it would either be delivered on Sunday or Monday, at the latest. Monday came and went, my wife sat at home the hole day waiting for these people and no one showed up, I phoned Raisibe later in the afternoon and only then she said it could possibly be the next day. Why did she not let us know that the stuff won't be delivered, why does the client have to phone and ask where the stuff is. It's clear that they got their money and now they do not give a F.... over what happens next. Today the store simply does not answer any phones, probably because they got hundreds of upset customers screaming at them. This is extremely poor service and I would not recommend anyone to do business with Fair Price. Its a shame I cant give a negative rating, because they don't deserve even 1 single star...
