FAIR PRICE WELKOM - WORST CUSTOMER CARE

Fair Price in Welkom really is the worst store I have ever experienced. I bought a item and arranged for the delivery, after paying a steep R350 for delivery might I add. Delivery arrangements was never made as per my requirements, the store manager is not helpful, she arranged a guy with a bakkie, who wasn't even equipped to do the delivery. Just a random guy, if you phone the store, it is screaming and shouting and not Fair Price good day, just HELLO in a very rude manner. I am very very unhappy with the service I have received. This store is seriously not up to standards....I feel that my delivery fee should be refunded because it caused me so much inconvenience and they wasted my whole day due to their negligent arrangements.
