Fair Price very bad, poor and disgusting service sis on them!

We bought a headboard they delivered it and it was damaged, we told driver to return it to date haven’t received a new one, my husband went to the shop in Silverton they said we had to sort it out with the driver it doesn’t concern them, where do we fit in the picture where their delivery guy broke the headboard, never ever will we buy anything from them.
