Fair Price very bad online service

I placed an order with them on 5 November it’s now 27 November still no delivery has been made spoke to customer support on Friday the guy told me he is going to contact the driver for delivery but still no delivery has been made. My tracking is the same for the past 10 days. Really disappointed.
