Fair price Vanderbijlpark

I bought a bed in October at Vanderbijlpark cash and the driver delivered a wrong bed. I let the shop know that bed delivered was wrong as it was of poor quality and way cheaper than what I paid for. The lady at Vanderbijlpark tells me she is not getting any feedback from head office and the person at fault is the driver and she can’t get hold of me. It is now December my matter is not resolved. I did not buy the bed from the driver I bought it at fair price so I’m expecting fair price to give me the bed I paid for !!!!!!!
