Fair price value mall

I have being very disappointed with the service we got at fair price germiston and the eastrand value mall fair price store. We was told to pay for the items in full and it will be delivered in 48hrs there was no communication from the sales man blessing up till today. I wanted to purchase a head board set the sales man told us we must pay the same price for it even though its broken. Fair price as not bei g a reliable store when it comes to service or integrity. This is the second experience I had with them .they service is terrible I would never shop there again or even recommend anyone to go there.We are still waiting for our order from Sunday till now.
