Fair Price Unhelpful.

I am so ****ed off with Fair Price Germiston,I bought a double bed and Lshape couch on the 1st of October and I saw on the 9th That the couch has a big tore on it I went to the Shop and they made a copy of my slip and never even bothered to call me back like they said and I called them to say they must come fetch their couch set I want my money back the manager said I should email them a picture but never reesponded to my email I decided to call him and they said it was a factory fault they will replace the cushion but never came.
