Fair price unfair treatment

Good Day on the 2nd of November 2019, I went to fairprice in jabulani Soweto, I wanted a refund on the money I used to laybye furniture at their store, the lady had the audacity to tell me I won't be getting any of my money, as I have mentioned that I work Monday to Friday so I can't collect the money during the week only on weekend where I can get the money, she gave me attitude and told me to make a plan. I'm just not happy with your customers.
