Fair Price ****TY SERVICE!

I purchased 2 items at the Fair Price in Jabulane on Friday the 23rd at 14:29. To which they explained the delivery system and that deliveries are made directly from the warehouse. We selected the delivery date to be on Monday, 26th. It is almost the end of the day and the store is telling us that the items haven’t been dispatched and that this will be done tomorrow. In their defense delivery takes 48 working hours, something they failed to explain when we were making a purchase otherwise we could have selected the delivery date for Tuesday. Fair Price and it’s systems are ****! They work as if they work on machines and that everything is controlled by systems and not people!
