Fair Price Tsakane Mall distasteful customer service and no after sale check up.

Went to Fair Price Tsakane mall on the 27th January 2024. Was met with eager face a gentleman with dreadlocks assisted me. I bought a Defy fridge for R6500 swiped they wrote my address and told me I [could not swipe for delivery I need cash I withdrew the money and payed. The told me delivery would be on Monday 29th January 2024. Monday came and passed I did not receive anything nor a call to say maybe delivery would be done the following day. Tuesday I called 3 times trying to understand when it would be delivered but got no clear answer. I called again for the 4th time spoke to Khanyi she told me the driver was on the way to the warehouse and the fridge would be delivered before end of the day. Wednesday morning still no feedback nor phone call so I called again the lady told me I would only receive my fridge on the 13/02/2024 so I asked her if she's serious she said yes. I told her I want a refund she said I can come fetch the money. Got to the branch no one greeted no one apologized they told me to wait co they don't have enough cash in the tills I must wait for people to pay. Waited for a while they gave me the money and gave me the wrong amount for the delivery fee when I alerted them on that the lady was super rude. Their customer service skills were horrible I could have taken a different fridge, but they did not give me the option. I believe they also needed to check stock before selling me the fridge in the first place. They also never called me to tell me all of this I had to be the one constantly calling., also when I kept calling the lady was annoyed and uninterested the whole time not once did she call me back. They also did not apologize for the inconvenience caused instead they were rude. They were nice during the sale but after their blunder failed to retain a client.
