Fair Price treat their customer like trash empty promises

I'm really not happy about Fair Price they treated me like a peace of @$#$$ I rather not say it, okay I laybyed Two beds this year 2018 on January at Mayibuye Fair Price Tembisa and I finished paying on the fourth month (April) which was quicker than they expected and on the day I Laybyed the beds told them I'll collect the beds at Louis trichardt Fair Price Limpopo, they told me it's not a problem because they have branches all over SA ok they connected me with the guy at Limpopo he told me they don't have stock when the stock is available they will give me a call, I kept calling and calling till date no stock no beds no refund I'm sick and tired of them and it's not the first time this has happened to me but this time around it bragged more than I expected please please I need my beds or my money
