Fair price Thohoyandou(Midea sales rep)

I bought a midea 10,5 kg top loader washing machine at fair price Thohoyandou on Monday,9 June 2025 . I tested the machine on Wednesday and it was draining water when I wanted to wash. Took the machine back on Saturday the 14th of June and I was made to speak to the midea sales rep (Lerato) who was rude and not accommodative. My first ❓ is why must I speak to the midea sales rep because I did not buy the machine from them😦. I was told that a technician will have to come and check if the machine is faulty or not mind you the machine is less then 6 days. When I asked about the 7 days guarantee "Lerato said that's the problem with you customers you do not understand how guarantee works"Midea is full of sh*t their sales rep do not care about customers at all. Why as a customer I have to deal with sales rep when I went to fair price please explain this to me. I will never buy anything from fair price again because when something is faulty,they do not take accountability.
