Fair price Thohoyandou branch bad service

I ordered couches for my grandmother in Thohoyandou branch in December of 2022 took them 4 months to deliver and once delivered one of the couch had missing cushions till today we told the is no stock 8 month later. Never again am I buying from them even if they have the cheapest of items on the market nonsense service...
