Fair Price : They dont deliver but they take your money

I made a lay bye at Fair Price for a Wall Unit which costs 1800 and on the 8th December I paid the outstanding amount.They promised to deliver it within 7 days.I called several times, they said they would call back but never did.Almost 2 weeks later still the wall unit is not delivered.
