fair price tells lies to get product sold

I need assistance please , my wife and I bought a Top loader washing machine and a Microwave (Tensai products ) for R4000 and R1200 and a FairPrice store in Boksburg and we were advice that we will get the products at the end of August 2020 , and now we are advice to wait until the end of October 2020 , please i need assistance with false advertising and information and what makes the more frustrating is that there is no out of stock sign on the product in fact they have increase the product the Top loader to R5000 and the Microwave to R2000 , can you please assist helping us resolve this , i please that if they cannot provide the product as promise then they should give us an another Top loader washing 12KG for the R4000 and an another R30litre Microwave for R1200 because the lies the company explain to us and they refuse to give us our money back the customer pin is 22033, i am unable to get through to the head office , please can someone please call me back on *** or ***, or else i will be take this to hello peter and the papers and social media.
