Fair Price SUCKS.

Afternoon, so I bought a microwave at Fair Price at Protea Glen, bought it cash it has a two year guaranteed repairs and not a two year warranty. This morning when I woke up to use the microwave it had no power, wasn't working at all, an it was bought two weeks back. So I went to the store to return it, guess what I'll have to wait for +- a month for it's return from the repairs, now my problem is this the store manager gave me a copy of a Damage Control New Book in Customer Copy, I don't know what's all this but whatever is written in this copy is not true, for instance Complete Items ? Answer from the store manager False ( no plate). Guess what that plate they are talking about was given to me at the store, as I was returning it, an in this copy I have is written as if I brought back the microwave without the plate, an again the copy has something about Dents or Stratches: guess what the response says HAS MARKS, so I asked the store manager about this, then he said to me I complain about everything. The thing is I was asking about which Dents or Stratches he said to me, he was talking about the box of the microwave and the funny part about this is that, when I bought the microwave the box itself had those Dents or Stratches, but I did take pictures of the microwave in the store regarding the Dents or Stratches. Electronic things of Fair Price at Protea Glen sucks, never again I'll purchase electronic things from there anymore NEVER.
