Fair Price- Springs: Poor service

Hi,

Shop: Fair price(Springs) I'm a first time buyer with the business outlet and this was the worst service I ever got in my-purchase history. It took almost two weeks to dispatch items and no one ever bothered to contact me to say anything/update.. in fact, I had to use my lunch breaks to walk to the store to inquire in few occasions. They simply sold me out-of-stock items!! that is a very poor service guys, please try improve! i wouldn't wish such treatment to any customer.
