Fair Price (Southgate) extremely bad customer service experience

My review is about Fair Price Southgate branch. The customer service is pathetic I went in to the branch on the 1st of May with my sister who can confirm I was given dates for certain furniture and electricity appliances to arrive. On the Wednesday the 3rd I had to call to confirm my delivery and I have not received one item. When the Bed arrived at the Warehouse no one followed up with me and I called and was told the beds had arrived and all beds was out of stock again yet I have paid cash and agreed to collect but prevision was not made. Now that I am deciding to cancel the remaining items I am told Soweto branch has some items but it was not moved for my convenience as a customer who paid or discussed with me to collect it from them instead.I am also told I will have to wait for my money which was a cash payment. I am extremely inconvenienced by this because wrong dates and information was provided to me and I have to spend extra time and money going up and down to get myself sorted.
