Fair Price Southgate

I made a laybye of 16kg Hisense washing machine which cost R7000 than I made an initial payment of R300 in December the 8th 2021 by salesperson called L Mcotoyi. Than made a follow up payment via eft of R300 on the 15th December 2021, I have been making R300 payments each month via eft and now when I get to the store to pay the balance (R3800,00)they tell me the eft payments needs to be verified with their accounts dept which don’t work on weekends. So I would have to come back on Monday, how fair is this operation cause I have provided the proof of payments yet they say they need to approve the payments. It costs me money to come to the store to collect the machine and yet they want me to come back again, who must cover that petrol?
